How to use:
Fill the hot water bottle to a maximum of 2/3 full with hot water that is a maximum of 80deg C. Lay bottle on its side with the neck facing upwards to remove the excess air before replacing the screw in cap.

Warnings:
HOT WATER BOTTLES CAN CAUSE BURNS. THEREFORE, AVOID LONG, DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE SKIN. Not to be used with boiling water . It is advised to cover your bottle with a cloth or cover. Not for use with children under 36 months.
